We also breed and raise several varieties of show quality Poultry. The breeds we focus on are: Buff Orpingtons, Black Sumatras, and Rhode Island Reds. We have done very well with our poultry with numerous champions at both County Fair, Indiana State Fair, and Open Show. Multiple awards for Champion Egg Layer, Champion English, Champion American, and Champion AOSB, Grand Champion Large Fowl and Best of Show have been won over the last 5 years. We typically have chicks availalble through April.
In 2007 at the Boone County Fair (approximately 225 large Fowl and Bantams) Michaela won Reserve Champion English, Champion AOSB, Champion American, Grand Champion Egg Layer. At the 2007 Indiana State Fair (approximately 1000 entries) Michaela won Champion AOSB, Champion English, Grand Champion Large Fowl and Reserve Best In Show. At the Central Indiana Open Poultry Show (approximately 1300 entries) Michaela won Champion AOSB and Champion English.
